What is your shipping policy ?
Orders will ship via UPS ground or Common Carrier unless otherwise instructed. Please note that accounts over 60 days old may ship COD.
How fast can I expect my quote ?
Generally in 4 hours, however during extremely heavy quote volumes it may take extra time. If there are any difficulties understanding your Fax or missing information necessary for estimating, more time will be required.
When does my order get released for production ?
Upon receipt of your signed approved “Art for Approval” drawing and deposit, if required.
Can I expect your color match to be “dead on” with my PMS book ?
In most cases good matches can be expected. However, variations between PMS books will effect how close our match will be. Be sure to refer to the latest PMS book release. PMS color codes are constantly being upgraded And sometimes changed.
How many times can I change the specifications on the “Art for Approval” ?
The “Art for Approval” process is intended to assure accuracy with your purchase order. Variations of the original specifications shown on the first submittal, will be charged at $75.00/hour.
If my order is released for production and at some point I need to place a “HOLD” on the order, what happens ?
Once an order is released for production, it immediately enters the manufacturing phase. Labor and materials will be charged out according to the progress the order had made, up to the time that a HOLD was placed.
After my order is shipped, can I change the destination, service level or payment terms ?
It’s unlikely that the carrier will be able to change any of the details set at the time the item(s) were picked up. However, we will always do our best to respond expeditiously to your request and contact the carrier.
If my order is received with visible or concealed damage, what do I need to do ?
Be sure to make note with the carrier of the damage and contact us IMMEDIATLEY so we can help.
Should I make arrangements and commit to installation date as soon as I place my order ?
It is highly recommended that you verify ship dates with our Customer Service Representatives before making commitments. Due to the complexities of custom manufacturing, our projected ship dates are our best forecast. We recommend that you contact customer service one week prior to our forecast for a more accurate update.
I would like to request “Art for Approval” be e-mailed instead of Fax’d. Can this be accomplished ?
Absolutely, in fact we can e-mail drawings in color and certain projects in animated 3D !!! Just call our Customer Service Representatives and they will update your files for e-mailed art.
