Water and garnet abrasive traveling at 3.5 times the speed of sound and able to cut any material , our AWJ’s are the most modern, highest cutting speed,best edge quality cutting systems available. Maximum plate size is 102” X 126” X 6” Material Movement System
Our inventory racking system stores over 70 different materials, finishes, plate/sheet sizes and custom job specific materials.
An intricate overhead rail system supports a pneumatic plate holding device that controls up to 1000 lbs of material and delivers it to any one of the several waterjet cutting tables.
Paint & Laquer Spray Operation
Two separate, fully enclosed spray rooms 18’ X 12’ X12’ with heated - positively displaced and filtered makeup air keeps contaminants to a minimum. All parts are vapor degreased in state of the art cleaning system to assure that mirror polishes glisten and painted parts are smooth and without distortion.

“State of the art” paint matching technology, provided by Akzo-Nobel, gives Steel Art the capability to match practically any color. High quality paints and accurate matches are the end result.
Automated Channel Letter System
Provided by the Arete Corporation, this synchronized complex of computerized machines loops together to generate accurate channel letters and plastic trim cap. These machines are custom configured for the accuracy demands
of reverse channel letters.
