5 years covering manufacturing defects only.

Titanium Products

8 years covering manufacturing defects and discoloration caused by normal atmospheric conditions.

LED Products

Standard manufacturers warranty for LED components and power supplies.

Returns or materials sent to us, require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please obtain from your Project Manager. Regretfully, any shipments not identified with proper RMA will be refused or returned freight collect.

Steel art is not responsible for visible or concealed damage. We employ modern crate building techniques and materials approved by Fedex and UPS. If damage should occur, save the container and contents, notify the carrier and Steel Art immediately. We will do our utmost to assist in the claim process.
