Our newly designed and engineered 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Norwood, Massachusetts is the sign industry’s most state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly model. Our beautiful facility allows for the cost efficient process flow of our world recognized signage product offerings.

All of our work centers and process operations are sequentially laid out to take advantage of lean manufacturing techniques. Creation of these superior sign products start with receiving raw material at several strategically placed loading docks. We utilize material-handling cranes and trolleys to inventory, move to metal or acrylic cutting lasers, abrasive water jets, and large format milling machines, and then on to the manufacturing floor, where value is added to the product as it takes shape. Work in process takes different paths determined by its process needs, e.g. solid plate, acrylic, fabrication, etched or Braille signage, LED dimensional letters, and so on.

Finishing is the strength of our operation. Work stations for graining, polishing, paint, powder coat, lacquer, oxidize, and several other custom finishes are staffed by our skilled team of experienced craftspeople. Low VOC painting operations are approved by the EPA, and powder coat operations are environmentally friendly with no emissions or hazardous chemicals. All process water is recycled in house.

All scrap metals, acrylics, polycarbonates, water jet garnet, paper, cardboard, and material pallets/skids are recycled. Laser and paint exhausts are multi-filtered and/or carbon treated before venting to the atmosphere.

We are proud of what we have collectively created here at 189 Dean Street in Norwood, Massachusetts. An invitation stands for sign people that would like to tour our facility, see our showroom, understand our manufacturing capabilities, and determine what we can do to enhance their profitability.
